Contributions

1. November 19 November 30, 2021 – deadline for submitting the 2-page extended abstracts;
• December 6, 2021 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (oral or poster);
2. December 10, 2021 – deadline for submitting an 1-page abstract - to be considered only for poster presentations;
• December 20, 2021 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (poster).
• January 17 July 1, 2022 – program with abstracts available (it will be sent to the registered participants by email).
3. July 31 September 15, 2022 – deadline for submitting 8-page contributions to the conference proceedings;
• November 1 December 1, 2022 – notification of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings for publication in Springer volume; possible suggestions for improvement;
• November 1 December 1, 2022 – notification of acceptance for selected papers, to be extended and submitted to JMI.
4. November 15 December 15 , 2022 – deadline for submitting the final version of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings;
5. The authors of the papers selected for JMI will be informed in due time about the deadlines.

Registration and Payment

Start of on-line registration and payment: October 1, 2021

Early bird:

• registration deadline: January 31 May 29, 2022;
• payment deadline: January 31 May 29, 2022.

Regular:

• registration: from February 1 May 30, 2022 until March 6 July 10, 2022;
• payment deadline: March 6 July 10, 2022.
