1. October 13 November 20, 2023 – deadline for submitting the 2-page extended abstracts;
• November 7 December 7, 2023 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (oral or poster);
2. November 10 December 10, 2023 – deadline for submitting an 1-page abstract - to be considered only for poster presentations;
• November 17 December 17, 2023 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (poster).
• March 1, 2024 – program with abstracts available (it will be sent to the registered participants by email).
3. March 29 May 1, 2024 – deadline for submitting 8-page contributions to the conference proceedings;
• July 1 July 31, 2024 – notification of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings for publication in Springer volume; possible suggestions for improvement;
• July 1 July 31, 2024 – notification of acceptance for selected papers, to be extended and submitted to JMI.
4. July 15 August 31, 2024 – deadline for submitting the final version of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings;
5. The authors of the papers selected for JMI will be informed in due time about the deadlines.
