Contributions

1. October 10, 2019 – deadline for submitting the 2-page extended abstracts;
• October 21st, 2019 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (oral or poster);
• January 15th, 2020 – program with abstracts available (it will be sent to the registered participants by email).
2. November 8th, 2019 – deadline for submitting an 1-page abstract - to be considered only for poster presentations;
• November 12th, 2019 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (poster).
3. March 31st May 31st, 2020 – deadline for submitting 8-page contributions to the conference proceedings;
• May 1st June 31st, 2020 – notification of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings for publication in Springer volume; possible suggestions for improvement;
• May 1st June 31st, 2020 – notification of acceptance for selected papers, to be extended and submitted to JMI.
4. June 1st July 15th,, 2020 – deadline for submitting the final version of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings;
5. The authors of the papers selected for JMI will be informed in due time about the deadlines.

Registration and Payment

Start of on-line registration and payment: June 1st, 2019

Early bird:

• registration deadline: December 31st, 2019;
• payment deadline: December 31st, 2019.

Regular:

• registration: from January 1st, 2020 until February 15th, 2020;
• payment deadline: February 15th, 2020.
